- You can read many web sites and use emails. You also can open the web site you created using a capacity inside the web area. The provider service has Plan A and Plan B. Ask our staff for details.
- Q:How can I apply for the service?
- We provide various ways for that but recommend a telephone call. Use our free call 0120-711-566. Companies, groups as well as individuals can apply for the service. You also can visit our office to apply for.
- Q:How long should I wait until I can start to use the service after the application?
- It depends on which service you use. You can use the dial up service the same day you applied if your telephone has been connected. Flets ADSL takes 7 to 10 days, ISDN 1 to 2 weeks, B Flets a month and rental telephone less than 1 week. The waiting period varies slightly by the place where you live.
If you need an urgent installation for some reason, please let us know. - Q:At least how many months should I continue to use?
- You cannot cancel the contract at least a month after the contract was made.
- Q:What devices should I need to prepare for the service?
- You are required to have a computer equipped with a modem and LAN terminal and the computer should be capable of connecting to internet. If you want Flets ADSL or B Flets, your computer OS should be Windows 2000 or its newer version. If your computer has a Mac OS, it should be OS9 or higher to get the fullest capability of either service above. You also need a web browser (Internet Explore, Firefox or Safari) and an email software. Please ask our staff before you apply for the service.
We also have a license to sell computers. If you are planning of buying a computer, we would like to help you. - Q:Can I change the service?
- Yes, you can. We accept your application for the change of the service by telephone or on-line (click below). For the on-line application, you can start with Member Information Change on the menu bar.
- Q:How can I pay for the service fee?
- You can pay in cash at our office, or through bank deposit, or on credit card (VISA, MASTER, NICOS only).
- Q:Can companies apply for the service?
- Yes. You can apply for as a company, group or individual. You are able to make multiple contracts under one same name (however, you are unable to obtain multiple co.jp domains under one same name by the JPNIC regulations).
- Q:Can I change the transfer account?
- Yes. Please submit to us the transfer account request form after fill in.
- Q:Can I change the account name?
- Yes. If your contract were made as an individual, the change is allowed only for marriage or adoption. If it were as a company, the change is possible with an official change of company name or organization.
- Q:Can I transfer the right (to or under the service)?
- No. you cannot.
