Narrowband

- Plan A / 2,500 yen (per month)
- Your can use free 3 mail accounts. The capacity of the mail server is a roomy 80M so that each of your family members can have a mail account. It comes with a mail transfer service, virus mail check and spam filter, how handy and secure service it is.
- Plan B / 1,995 yen (per month)
- The service simply has one mail account. Its capacity is a smart 20M. It is for single users.
Free Services for Both Plans Above
- Initial connection setting service
- We send our staff to the customers who use internet for the first time and set up the computer for them. We, however, cannot set up the computer that has OS other than Windows or Mac.
- Non-commercial web site space
- As long as it is not used for business, we provide web site spaces 30M for Plan A customers, 10M for Plan B. CGI or PHP cannot be used.
- Web mail service
- You can use HeroNet mails from the browser. Please go on to the log-in of "WebMail" on the left menu bar in this web site.
Chargeable Service

Chargeable Technical Support
- Basic technical support / 2,000 yen (Plan A), 3,000 yen (Plan B)
- *It is the basic technical support fee. The cost for specific works is added to this basic fee.
- Removal of viruses and spams / 3,000 yen or more
- When your computer is infected by viruses, we remove it. We also eliminate spams that may cause infections. Some viruses make your computer completely down. In that case, we cannot restore your computer. We have to reinstall OS in your computer (then all your data will be gone).
- Mail setting / 1,000 yen or more
- We set up a router and a computer. If you have two computers, 2,000 yen will be added by each additional computer.
