What can I do for you? Take a look at the “Services” page. You’ll find some basic problems and fees. If your problem is not there give me a call. No job is too big! If I can’t fix it you don’t pay! How do you contact me? Select “Drop me a line”. You’ll find phone numbers and email addresses. Use whichever you prefer. If you can’t catch me leave a message on the machine. If I don’t answer my cell it will roll over to the home phone and the same machine. I will, normally, return your calls the same day. I’ll also take an email where you can describe your issue/s in more detail. In some cases I may provide a fix free of charge. I work from my home just outside the POL gate. You can drop your system there or I can come to your place. I prefer to work in my office. It gives me internet access, if that is your problem, and spare parts. It also allows me to make repairs on other systems while working on yours. Of course network setups and internet problems would have to be done in you home. There is a map in the “Drop me a line” section. The “Things to know” section will be loaded, I hope, with common problems and fixes you can do on your own. I’ll also keep things here that I’ve learned through the years. New technology is out almost everyday. What I can learn I will pass on to you.
